What Does PBM Consist of – A Guide to the Polish Music Library
We are slowly approaching the end of the What does PBM consist of series, which introduces the Polish Music Library portal. Today, we have prepared an article for you in a slightly different tone.

Future plans
While the imagination lazily watches raindrops slide down the windowpane or dozes off under a heap of fallen leaves, we’d like to wake it up a little by sharing the development plans for our Library.
Little PWM
In its current form, this module offers a collection of works for the youngest users, along with a handful of creative activities, such as puzzles and colouring pages. You can find more details in the previous article devoted to this very component.
» Educational films
Over the coming months, thanks to the next stage of the digitization project, the portal will be enhanced with new functionalities. Among other things, we plan to select the most valuable educational and promotional films from PWM, enriching the Polish Music Library. Presenting all the educational content in one place, linked to other PBM resources, will provide a comprehensive source of musical knowledge, easily accessible and intuitive for every user group. » Interactive Game
Little PWM will also feature an interactive game. What kind of game? You’ll find out soon… We can only reveal that its value lies in its educational character – it helps users develop listening skills and recognize works from the Polish musical heritage, the scores of which can be found in the PBM portal.
» Resources
Speaking of which – what would PBM be without its collection of scores? The database of titles published online is continually expanding, and consequently, the list of works recommended for beginners keeps growing.
PBM – Coming Together!
As it happens, we have a multitude of ideas, and this is just a little sneak peek into our plans. Stay with us and look forward to the changes. In the meantime, explore PBM for inspiration for long autumn evenings.
