Didur, Adam
Didur Ewa, married name Abbove, *1896, †?, singer (soprano). She made her debut at the Metropolitan Opera House in 1918 (as Margherita in Mefistofele by A. Boito, as Eva in Wagner’s Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg [“The Master-Singers of Nuremberg”]). From 1922, she appeared at La Scala in Milan and as a guest artist at the Teatr Wielki in Warsaw (as Mimi in Puccini’s La bohème) and at the Lviv Opera.
