Lilius, Gigli, Lelia, Liliusz, Szymon, †after 1653 Kazimierz nad Wisłą (?), Italian organ builder and organist active in Poland. Together with his wife Katarzyna Lichońska, he settled in Kazimierz and Wisłą. He maintained close ties with the royal court and was one of the royal servants as an organ builder. He built an organ in Szydłowiec. In 1626, he received an order to build an organ in the Corpus Christi Dominican Church in Lviv, but the contract was not completed. In 1644, he was exempted from paying city taxes in Kazimierz, in exchange for which he was to control the condition of the organ and the positive organ in the parish church. From a will drawn up in 1652 in Warsaw, it is known that he was married twice and left three sons; two of them continued their father’s profession. There is no source evidence that he was related to Vincenzo Lilius or his family.
