Erhardt Ludwik, *29 April 1934 Kościeszki (near Grodno), †11 March 2022, Polish publicist and music critic. Between 1952 and 1956, he studied musicology at the University of Warsaw. From 1957, he was a member of the editorial board of “Ruch Muzyczny”; from 1970, he served as its editor-in-chief. Between 1958 and 1971, he worked with Warsaw television. From 1954, he published articles and essayistic columns on contemporary musical life in various magazines. He also reconstructed A. Salieri’s opera Axur, re d’Ormus (based on an adaptation by W. Bogusławski, staged in Poznań in 1967) and translated the libretto of K. Penderecki’s opera The Devils of Loudun into Polish.
