Cousineau, Georges
Cousineau Jacques Georges, *13 January 1760 Paris, †11 January 1836 Paris, French harpist and harp maker, son of Georges. He collaborated with his father on improving the pedal harp and was awarded the title of royal instrument maker; from around 1780 to 1811, he was a harpist at the Paris Opera. He composed sonatas, variations, and arias, and is also the author of a harp method published in 1784.
