Biography

Bernabei Vincenzo, *circa 1666 Rome, †1690 Munich, Ercole’s younger son, Italian organist and composer. The only certain date in his life is 1 April 1685, when he accepted the duties of organist of the court band in Munich. He composed mainly religious music, including masses, hymns, offertories, psalms (preserved in manuscripts). The authorship of several operas attributed to him is not sufficiently documented.
