Bełcikowska Józefina, *circa 1820 Kraków (?), Polish singer (mezzo-soprano). She was educated under F. Mirecki in Kraków, where in 1843, she performed at a journalistic concert, singing Italian arias. In 1843–45, she continued her studies in Italy. She performed mainly on Polish stages. In Krakow, on 27 February 1845, she sang the part of Adalgiza in Norma by V. Bellini, and in Warsaw in the same year, she played the role of Adina in L’elisir d’Amore by G. Donizetti (IV) and Amina in The Sleepwalker by V. Bellini (22 May). In 1845–47, she belonged to the opera group in Kraków. From 1847, she lived in Iasi and then in Constantinople, giving piano lessons. In 1850, she visited Malta, and in 1851 (according to unverified information), she was engaged in the Teatro San Carlo in Naples.
