Baczyński Stanisław Tomasz, active in the mid-17th century, Polish musician. There is no detailed information about his life. He is the author of the collection Cornu Copiae seu varietas copiosa Missarum cantionum… Stanislai Thomae Baczyński SRM Secretarii conscripta AD 1668, written for a literary confraternity in Warsaw. It contains only monophonic works (with the exception of the four-voice Gwiazdo morza głębokiego) with Latin and Polish texts, including pseudo-Gregorian masses, hymns, sequences and many songs. A significant part of them are songs already known in the 16th century and even earlier. Some of the texts are given without melodies; due to the practical nature of the collection, not all of the works are of artistic value.
