Running a co-financed project involves not only the day-to-day implementation of set tasks, but also learning from and drawing inspiration from other institutions operating in a similar field, as well as sharing one’s own experience.
02.03 FERC Beneficiaries’ Meeting at the headquarters of the Digital Poland Project Centre (CPPC)
The Digital Poland Project Centre has met the expectations of the institutions carrying out digitization projects. On October 7th a Beneficiaries’ Meeting was held at the CPPC headquarters in Warsaw, serving as an opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss challenges that program implementers might face, and share best practices that could be helpful.
Representatives of seventeen institutions presented projects carried out under the European Funds for Digital Development program. They spoke about their defined objectives, scope of activities, and, most importantly, the key benefits that the implementation of their projects will bring.
Naturally, among the Beneficiaries were representatives of the PWM Edition and the Polish Composers’ Union (ZKP). PWM’s Director, Dr Daniel Cichy, spoke about the objectives of partnership project „Digitization and Sharing of Digital Resources of the PWM Edition and the Polish Composers’ Union” as well as shared missions of both institutions, which have undertaken the challenging task of digitizing unique resources of Poland’s musical heritage.
The added value of the conference was a substantive session and workshops addressing key issues in project implementation – indicators and other formal reuquirements.
We are glad to have taken part in a meeting full of knowledge and inspiration. More details about the collaboration between PWM and ZKP will be revealed soon…
